And see how caught up in the political arena I was a few years ago. *grinning* Sure glad THAT phase of 'holy fuck! is it THAT bad!' is now done with.

This will actually be a great place to park some of my new writing, among other things. Hello again, lj!

This is the link to the Declaration of Civil War in the United States. Yep, what I thought was going to happen is happening, and it's going to spread.

Meanwhile, we're having our own private civil uprising here, post Michael's arrest and unlawful detainment. The shit is already hitting the fan and two highway patrol members are now facing a whole world of redundancy, courtesy of their ignoring a prominent 'NOTICE OF TRESPASS' on our property. They handcuffed Michael, with his hands behind his back, ordered him to stand to the side while they trespassed our property, so he took the opportunity to step through his hands and have them in front of him. They couldn't say anything because he didn't take the cuffs off.

If you think the civil rights violations that are happening in the US are only confined to there, you aren't really looking at what's going on here. Time to wake up, know how to enforce your rights, know how to activate Sui Generis and get strong on who you are and who you aren't, or they're going to chew you up. Obama declared war on the people of the US on New Year's Eve, along with 40,000- yes, you read that right- new acts and statutes in the US- wonder what they passed here at the same time.

We are not at all concerned regarding the statutory charges that have been aimed at Michael- we're aware that the average cop has not been accurately informed of either the actual law vs the statutory law or the fragility of their insurance protection should they actually break *their own* laws in their actions: where we are at now is in the process of informing all the relevant authorities that we are aware of our rights, know how to enforce them, and that we're taking the matter of the trespass further. We also know what to do with the court matter in terms of noticing the judge that we want to know which Oath they are operating under and, if it's the corporate one, they have to remove themselves or face the matter of their full personal commercial liability. You have to say the right things to the right individuals, you see.

See, it's not about law, it's about money. I know someone who knows the liability insurers for Canada, if anyone is interested: the deal with knowing the Insurers is that you can make direct complaints to the company involved- if they receive three or more complaints about any particular individual, that individual's public liability insurance is pulled and they are out of a job. That applies to *every* publicly employed 'official', by the way.

V was right- the rights you are losing are the ones you are voluntarily giving away by not standing up for them. Either get smart about standing up for yourself, including to the police, or get swept away by the recycled- and improved!- totalitarianism.

This declaration, according to the original post on G+, originated with Anonymous. Being a fan of Anonymous, I'm not at all surprised: while I do not support physical violence, I also do not support totalitarianism, Annunaki-based world domination schemes or any other methods for making large portions of the population cannon-fodder, which means sometimes one has to defend oneself, family, property, community and rights by whatever means available. If the courts, governments, military and police forces are absolutely corrupt, it doesn't leave you with much choice, does it?

And so it unfolds, 2012...

There are some other movies on this site that are also worth looking at if you are still sitting on the fence.

Personally, I'm not so I won't be watching these- once you know, there's a point where you decline moving back into the horror because you're working towards something else. But if you are inclined to doubt the information I keep posting, please watch the above movie. It's got lots of the government's own footage in it...

GoogleSharing is a special kind of anonymizing proxy service, designed for a very specific threat. It ultimately aims to provide a level of anonymity that will prevent Google from tracking your searches, movements, and what websites you visit. GoogleSharing is not a full proxy service designed to anonymize all your traffic, but rather something designed exclusively for your communication with Google. Our system is totally transparent, with no special "alternative" websites to visit. Your normal work flow should be exactly the same.

Enjoy! And think about it, because the newest world dictator is trying to pass a law in his own country that says he can issue an order from the US and any individual, in any country in the world, can be arrested, detained and deported by his personal SS, without charge or even the authorities in one's country of origin being informed, without trial, due process or legal representation and imprisoned until said dictator feels like releasing you. Or not. Oh, and his country sanctions the use of torture on any individual they deem an 'enemy of the State', which now includes anyone who dares disagree with them on anything at all. So yeah, Internet privacy for sooooo many good reasons.

And thus the US falls to totalitarianism [Dec. 4th, 2011|09:13 am]

US citizens now the US Government's Number One Enemy

This is an interesting piece. I've written about this scanario before, offering my US friends asylum here with me because *years ago* those outside the US could see what was coming. Now it has. US citizens are now officially the US Govt's number one enemy. And the US Govt is prepared to jail those citizens without trial, without charges, without legal representation and without any indication as to when they may be freed.

Now the rest of the world has a choice- when Russia was doing this sort of thing, we called it criminal, we called it human rights abuse, we called it reason for economic sanctions and trade embargoes. The US has been bullying the rest of the world for 80 years and calling it 'democracy'- what is it called now? And are we going to honestly call it what it really is and actually always has been? I view this latest development as part of the spiritual 'goes around' necessary to clear Empire thinking out of the American psyche- the average American individual has been quite content for the Govt and its hideous minions to wage all kind of black ops and other crimes against pretty much everything as long as the average individual had the lifestyle they felt they deserved. Now, apparently, it's time for the Americans to experience personally what their govt has been doing to the First Nations and rest of the world for at least 3 centuries. This makes sense to me from a spiritual evolution viewpoint.

Two really interesting articles, one of which discusses why Iceland is no longer in the mainstream news-
http://sacsis.org.za/site/article/766.1 http://warisacrime.org/content/why-iceland-should-be-news-not - information that is completely relevant to the Occupy movement and the whole world. The first article has some interesting information behind the Greek economic meltdown, Goldman Sachs hand in this and what is being demanded of the rest of the world- essentially, that again we pay for Goldman Sachs global profiteering. Yes, the Australian govt is also involved in this latest bailout, which means natural Australians are too. (Why do I differentiate? Because the 'Australian Govt' is actually a corporation, into which all natural Australians are allowing themselves to be construed as employees. This is how the corporate acts and statutes are being applied to living individuals- the individuals are going along with it. As I have said before, corporate 'law' only applies to corporate employees, so if you really want to keep paying all those taxes, police fines, council rates and parking tickets, then feel free- for myself, I'm not animal, property, chattel or corporate employee, so that rubbish doesn't apply to me. And recently a council was ordered into liquidation by court because an English QC decimated the unlawful corporate court system and the unlawful corporate council system in about 10 minutes. Yes, all this crap really would go away if people had the arse for it).

As soon as the transcripts are available I'll post the QCs constitutional argument here. Right now, that constitution stands between us and the same fate as the rest of the world- with the exception, perhaps, of Iceland. :)

A movie to pimp virally [Nov. 22nd, 2011|04:41 pm]
M'Lady Lemonbrick
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RqeqCT7dvk&feature=related

no, that link is now dead, try http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eRooYZJL-E or do a youtube search if this link is also dead.

This film is made by one of the heirs to the Proctor-Gamble fortune. Yes, it's kinda cheesy in style, contains some patently obvious reform propaganda, particularly re how the corrupt economic system can be 'reformed' and made to smell like roses (which is a lot of shite, the only thing that will prevent the rise of Empire again is the gifting system of exchange- anything else is the first step in rebuilding Empire) and at the same time it contains some of the most brainslapping information around.

Please, watch this with an open mind. The youtube version is being constantly taken down, apparently by Foster Gamble's orders (because hello, he supports the *monetary system*, not actual liberation from monetary slavery) so grab it while this link is still live. It really needs to be torrented and I'd happily do that if I knew how.

This shit needs to hit the fan. Individual beings need to wake up to their phenomenal power- or die.

Here are a few points to ponder:

POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1966 - SECT 4 (NSW AUSTRALIA)
Definitions
4 Definitions

(1) In this Act, unless the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or requires:
"Advisory Committee" means the Poisons Advisory Committee constituted by section 6.
"Analyst" means an analyst appointed or taken to be appointed under section 37A.
"Animal" means any animal (other than a human being), whether vertebrate or invertebrate, and includes but is not limited to:

(a) mammals, birds, bees, reptiles, amphibians, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, and

(b) the semen, ova or embryo of an animal (other than a human being) or any other substance or thing directly relevant to the reproduction of an animal (other than a human being).

In legal terms, this being defined as an animal has VERY VERY profound implications. Essentially, this Act forms the basis of all so-called Anti-Drug laws, the TGA laws and a whole bunch of other laws that have rendered humans as glorified property and guinea pigs. Most of the western world have similar Acts that define humans as animals. There ARE things you can do about changing this on a personal level but sitting around on your arse, passively ignoring the growing tsunami of global shite going down and assuming that the shite isn't going to happen to YOU will not get you out of the matrix.

Watch this film, then go watch Ben Stewart's latest film Ungrip, go find out a bit about what passive acceptance actually construes you into in law.

WAKE UP!! The Matrix wasn't a joke! I've been studying this hidden side of the law for almost 2 years now and I am here to tell you that THIS SHIT IS REAL. The only recourse you have is to take the steps to declare yourself NOT an animal, NOT a dependant and NOT property or you WILL be treated as such. If the 22 million people in this country would just get a clue, we wouldn't be facing the poisoning of our water and soil via coal seam gas mining, and Julia Gillard- and all the other glove puppets- would be out of a job.

Seriously, humans, what is it going to take? or are you beyond waking up?

US is quietly trying to reintroduce cluster bombs. [Nov. 11th, 2011|11:57 am]
M'Lady Lemonbrick
https://secure.avaaz.org/en/cluster_bombs_ii_b/?ajtOobb

Go here and then go sign other things, just to let the US govt know how you feel about them using bombs that have successfully maimed and killed thousands of women and children all over the world. Because, you know, killing kids in the name of democracy is *totally* ok.

And just in case you doubt how many children are actually dying, go here http://dontkillchildren.org/ and check it out for yourself. Check out the vast difference between the amount of Israeli kids killed in their stupid war vs the amount of Palestinian kids, for example. Not that even one child dying for adult bullshit is ok, but the figures are there. Check out how many NATO is managing to destroy. Then go sign some more stuff. Who cares that it only works some of the time, this stuff signing? If your few minutes can save a child, it's worth it.

Maybe then go watch this documentary on John Trudell http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jm0iOoyED8 and listen to what he has to say about the psychological and spiritual virus that has the 'civilised' world in its grip (and in fact the 'civilised' world was created from this mind virus, so really no guesses there as to its intention and purpose). While you're there, check out some of his other talks. He's an amazing Being. ( When my movie is finished, you can go to youtube and watch it there, because my film is partly about the mind virus and getting clear of it. Oh, yeah, I'm making a film btw, which is what I'm into these days. I figure it's better than writing. )

Then, for some awesomely awesome 'how to get yourself out of the mind virus' clues, go check out this site, sign up, get the free first half of Practicing Radical Honesty and read it. It's fantastic stuff for getting clearer, if you're interested in getting out of the virus space. http://www.radicalhonesty.com/about/

Mississippi Personhood Amendment [Oct. 16th, 2011|04:07 pm]
M'Lady Lemonbrick
Originally posted by gabrielleabelle at Mississippi Personhood Amendment
Okay, so I don't usually do this, but this is an issue near and dear to me and this is getting very little no attention in the mainstream media.

Mississippi is voting on November 8th on whether to pass Amendment 26, the "Personhood Amendment". This amendment would grant fertilized eggs and fetuses personhood status.

Putting aside the contentious issue of abortion, this would effectively outlaw birth control and criminalize women who have miscarriages. This is not a good thing.

Jackson Women's Health Organization is the only place women can get abortions in the entire state, and they are trying to launch a grassroots movement against this amendment. This doesn't just apply to Mississippi, though, as Personhood USA, the group that introduced this amendment, is trying to introduce identical amendments in all 50 states.

What's more, in Mississippi, this amendment is expected to pass. It even has Mississippi Democrats, including the Attorney General, Jim Hood, backing it.

The reason I'm posting this here is because I made a meager donation to the Jackson Women's Health Organization this morning, and I received a personal email back hours later - on a Sunday - thanking me and noting that I'm one of the first "outside" people to contribute.

So if you sometimes pass on political action because you figure that enough other people will do something to make a difference, make an exception on this one. My RSS reader is near silent on this amendment. I only found out about it through a feminist blog. The mainstream media is not reporting on it.

If there is ever a time to donate or send a letter in protest, this would be it.

What to do?

- Read up on it. Wake Up, Mississippi is the home of the grassroots effort to fight this amendment. Daily Kos also has a thorough story on it.

- If you can afford it, you can donate at the site's link.

- You can contact the Democratic National Committee to see why more of our representatives aren't speaking out against this.

- Like this Facebook page to help spread awareness.
